The Braxton Miller Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through sports, STEM education, and mentorship. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
The Braxton Miller Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Because the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, your charitable contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We provide a written acknowledgment for donations for your tax records. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless explicitly stated at the time of giving. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your specific contribution.
Donations directly support our youth sports leagues, football camps, and STEM programs — including drone soccer, robotics, BattleBots, and Brixilated — along with mentorship and the day-to-day work of serving kids across Ohio. Every contribution helps put a young person closer to their next opportunity.
We are committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to us. Our annual IRS Form 990 and other financial information are available upon request and through public IRS records.
You can independently verify our tax-exempt status using our EIN (85-3880600) through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search at irs.gov. We are happy to provide our IRS determination letter to donors and partners upon request.
