2023 Android Tablet Donation

Details on Free Tablet Giveaway from The Braxton Miller Foundation and Moolah Wireless!

We have partnered with Moolah Wireless to give away free 10″ Android Tablets with wireless service to children from qualified families in Springfield, Ohio.

The 10″ Android tablets come with 3GB of RAM, a 32GB Hard Drive, an 8MP Rear Camera, and a 5MP Front Camera.  The tablet will also come with 12 months of free wireless service (up to 3GB of data per month) from Moolah Wireless.

Note: tablet is a one-time gift; no replacements will be given for broken, damaged, or lost tablets. The tablet is not intended to replace the child’s school-issued tablet (if applicable).

Parents/Guardians who qualify for any of the federal assisted programs below can receive one free tablet and wireless plan.  Note: Each qualified Parent/Guardian can only receive one tablet per person.  If a family needs tablets for multiple children within a family, an additional qualified parent/guardian will need to submit a form for each additional child:

Eligible Government-Assisted Programs:

1. Medicaid
2. Medicare
3. Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
4. Bureau of Indian Affairs
5. Federal Pell Grant
6. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
7. Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8
8. Tribal Program: Head Start
9. Tribal: Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
10. Veterans Pension or Survivors Pension
11. Family/household Income is Below the Federal Poverty Guidelines (W2 needed to verify)

To receive a tablet, submit the name of the qualified parent/guardian, the name of the child receiving the tablet, and the school the child attends below.  After you click submit, you will be redirected to Moolah Wireless, where you will submit the information needed to confirm the parent/guardian’s qualification requirements have been met.
