Whether you have an hour to spare, a skill to share, or just want to show up, there's a place for you on the team. The work gets done because real people choose to be part of it.
The work isn't glamorous. It's a Saturday morning. It's a Thursday night practice. It's a registration table at 8am. It's an inbox that needs answers. But it's how kids get real opportunities — and how the foundation keeps growing.
Every league we run, every camp we host, every STEM competition we organize, every fundraiser we throw — it all depends on the people who say yes. Coaches, mentors, event helpers, admin support, photographers, social media volunteers, weekend warriors. Whatever you bring, we put it to work for kids who deserve it.
Different roles, different skills, different time commitments. Here's where we need real people like you.
Lead practices, coach games, or mentor kids across our sports leagues, camps, and STEM programs. Real training provided. No coaching license required.
Camps, tournaments, fundraisers, and community events. Setup, registration, hospitality, photography support — there's a role for every level of commitment.
Photography, social media, design, copywriting, video, fundraising, admin — if you've got a skill, we've got somewhere to put it.
No specific role required. Setup, cleanup, cheering, hauling gear, parking lot help — sometimes the most valuable thing is a person who's just there.
We don't require coaching certifications. We don't require event experience. We don't require a specific background. What we do require is consistency, character, and a real belief that every kid deserves real adults in their corner — whether that's a coach, a mentor, or the person setting up chairs.
Anyone working directly with kids goes through a background check and brief onboarding. After that, the rest is on you — show up, do the work, and stay around longer than just one event.
